Short description of the project
The implementation of the project will complete the development of a web and mobile application intended for tourist communities, owners of services in a tourist destination, and individuals who
they want to have information about all the events and offers near their current location. A prerequisite for the development of the first final product in the pre-commercial phase is the building and strengthening of internal capacities and readiness for investments, which will be ensured by training the employees of the company Moove & Fun doo
The successful implementation of the project, which will last 12 months, will ensure the creation of new jobs for the company Moove & Fun doo and the strengthening of the company’s innovation capacity.
The project includes the following activities:
a) Development of innovative solutions,
b) Training on investment readiness,
c) Project management,
d) Promotion and visibility.
Objectives and expected results of the project
The implementation of the project and the realization of the activities foreseen by the project will result in two new innovations, that is, two innovative solutions:
1. The Moove web platform is intended for travel agencies with the aim of encouraging the development of tourism in the destination and
2. Moove mobile application intended for owners of accompanying services in a tourist destination and individuals who want to have information about all events and offers near their current location.
Given that the subject of the Call is to encourage investments by newly founded SMEs with projects whose technological maturity is beyond the proof-of-concept stage, but which are not yet fully ready to enter the market, it is considered that the project proposal is fully in line with the Call.
The implementation of the project will achieve the following indicators:
· creation of 2 new jobs in the year m+1 (2025) compared to the reference year (2021);
· 3 employees of the Applicant’s company will undergo training for specific skills for start-up companies in the year m (2025).
Also, the following positive effects will be achieved:
· increasing the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in the Republic of Croatia, which is the key to the competitiveness and prosperity of the economy, the development of an export-oriented economy based on innovations, the encouragement of further investment in research,
· technological development and innovation, creating a positive image of small and medium enterprises in the Republic of Croatia and the quality of their products and services on foreign markets
· creation of business opportunities and creation of new jobs for the young and educated population currently present on the labor market
· contribution to universal digitization, which reduces the negative effect on the environment
· contribution to the employment rate in the Republic of Croatia by preserving existing jobs and creating new jobs
· contribution to the development of tourism and tourist offer in the Republic of Croatia.
The sustainability of the results after the completion of the project will be realized through several different aspects:
a) Revenues from the sale of innovative solutions,
b) Income from the sale of innovative solutions,
c) Achieving marketing goals.
The total value of the project and the amount co-financed by the EU (in EUR)
- The total value of the project is €180,921.25
- The total value of the project (eligible costs) is €154,697.57
- The share of the EU in financing the project amounts to €131,492.93
